Im not quite sure about these reviews on staff because I have had nothing but an amazing experience so far. Cass has been holding my hand and getting everything done to help me. My Condition went from bad to worse and she has been pushing for CT scans, getting me in quicker... she has followed up with me and posted reminders for herself. I only hope my experience with Dr. Harris is the same as her staff.
I was terrified pre thyroidectomy, front desk and dr harris were very reassuring. My surgery was a great success, while I wish I never had to have thyroid removed, Dr Harris expertise and hospital staff facilitated my procedure with zero problems and barely noticeable scarring. ( I have to point scar out ) To anyone else needing a thyroidectomy, I would highly recommend Dr. Harris.
I heard good things about Dr. Harris so I called her office to hopefully help me resolve some issues. Let's just say that the front desk lady is very unpleasant, rude, and unhelpful.
Terrible experience she didn't ask how I was doing or offer to operate. She seemed to have an agenda of useless stall tactics. Keep in mind that was a year of a wait list. I'd say it's callus, reckless on her part. Don't refer patients to her or Ali because they are part of the problem.
Dr. Harris is excellent working with minute and odd surgeries...I have complete faith in her. Cathy, the receptionist, is incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient...they are a great team. Don
