Referral sent, they never called. When I called in Nov, after a 6 minute conversation, it was clear they didn't want me as a patient.
Last year I went to Dr. Brawner to have my ears cleaned out. At that time, he told me my ear canals were too small and I would probably have to have this done once a year. Today I went to Cox Urgent Care and wasted 3 hours there only for the staff physician looked in my ear and said my ear canal was too narrow and he couldn't do anything, so I called Dr Brawners office and whoever it was that answered the phone said he couldn't see me without a referral from my primary doctor with the diagnosis.
