I gave more than one star because my family and I have been going there a while and have had some good experiences. With that said, we've also had some unreasonably bad experiences as well. If you go there I highly reccomend the female doctor over the male, just my advice. However the main reason why we left is that when I was there with my daughter I asked the female doctor if she would ever recommend that a child transition to other genders than what they were born as. Dr. Eberhardt is so easy to talk to and she listens!! Very pleased with her and her staff. Friendly and efficient!!
