The dental work was fine. However, not very straight forward with the financial side. Before my appointment I submitted my dental insurance to the office. Not a word to me about one important thing: they were not in my insurance company's provider network. So, I had to pay through the nose for a filling. An oversight? I don't think so.
I highly recommend Brandon Goldwater DMD if you are looking for a new dentist. He is so kind and competent. The whole office staff is wonderful also. I sent a family member and she was so happy with my recommendation. To Dr Goldwater and the whole staff: Thank you for taking such good care of us.
Dr Goldwater is kind, honest and thorough. He isn’t going to try to sell you services you don’t need. I appreciate this because so many dental practices try to upsell you with services you don’t need. You can tell he loves what he does and wants to give the best possible care to his patients.
I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Weiss was the best and hand selected Dr. Goldwater who has the softest hands ever. He’s technically gifted. I highly recommend this office.
