Worse possible ENT I have ever met in my life. Said he could not help my daughter anymore after her surgery although she continuously was still having ear and throat issues! He wouldn't even look at her ears or throat when she had appointments. He is very rude!!
Dr Bentz diagnosed my head & neck cancer at the beginning of last year. His care during my treatment contributed to my successful recovery. He is always positive while remaining professional. His staff is always friendly and patient.
I traveled for 2 hours to get to this doctors office. I got lost and was approx 8 minutes late and they would not take me! How horribly rude the woman who answered the phone. She would not take an exception because of my being late and traveled with a driver to take me. I will never go to this Doctor again with this kind of 10 minute rule. Sutter stinks as far as Im concerned so stay away from this office. My age is 81 and now I can see how older women are treated.
