They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. While waiting for my appointment I noted that the chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I love Dr. Ross and her staff. The office is very friendly and helpful. Having seen many allergists over 30+ years I must say she is the best I have found! She spends as much time as she needs with her patients and is dedicated to resolving whatever health concerns you may have. Dr. Ross even calls me at home when I am not feeling well, to be sure things are improving. Love Dr. Ross and her staff...cannot say enough great things about them!
