Can someone please explain why I as a parent have to call several different numbers and be transferred several times in order to speak to someone in the actual office? What in the musical chairs is going on? Is this the standard procedure? Why is this ok? It is amazing that this goes on. What ever happened to customer service?Why is t the direct number to the office not listed? Somebody please make it make sense.
