There are two things actually. First, after a year he said nothing could be done for my wife's chronic pain that was the result of injuries sustained in a car wreck. He refused to give her a referral to go anywhere else and when she finally did get a second opinion on her own, he dropped her as a patient. She now has permanent damage because he was not qualified to treat what was wrong with her. He then refused to even contact her attorney or send them anything to do with her medical records. I went to Doctor Connerly as a teenager, he was just as fantastic and then as he is now with my 3 children. All 3 of my kids absolutely adore him, he's super friendly, takes time to explain anything and everything you have a question about, he interacts with children wonderfully. The entire staff is super friendly and just all around great to interact with. The wait is never really long, about an average wait time, the office is always nice, clean and tidy. I have been going to Dr. Connerly about 4 years now. I have no complaints. Everyone there is always courteous and kind. I can't say enough good about them.
My first visit was a wonderful experience. Dr Connerly and staff are excellent.
We love Dr.Connerly and the girls! We haven't lived in New Sal for almost 7 years but still drive up there for their care from Jeffersonville. Everyone is super friendly and terrific with kids. We have never waited more than 5~10 to be seen by the Dr, that includes after being signed in and then taken back to our room. Dr.Connerly is always on top of his game and thanks to him and his quick action in care leading to my diagnosis, I am a Hodgkins Lymphoma Survivor! I am forever grateful to him!!!
