I brought my mother-in-law to see Dr. Flagg today, and we also saw her resident. They are compassionate people who listened well and patiently. They performed a very thorough examination, took care to address her with their questions and not me, spoke loudly enough and distinctly enough for her to understand them. They wrote out a great summary of her visit and we were both very pleased with the care she received.
It is evident that Dr. Brandi Flagg is committed to her profession and calling as a physician for the geriatric patient. She listened to all of our questions and concerns and with words we could understand, answered them respectfully. While saying our goodbyes in the hallway, she looked directly at me and reassured me saying that if any concerns arise to not hesitate in calling.
