As a senior woman, I appreciate that she is very knowledgeable about older female issues. She explains things at an appropriate level so I feel valued. Have had 2 in person and 1 telemed visit- all good.
Dr. Boller listened to my health symptoms and ordered the lab tests I asked for. She even added a few tests that she thought would give us more information regarding my symptoms. My original appointment was in her office with a follow-up appointment by telehealth to review my lab results. Dr. Boller spent an ample amount of time at my original visit to discuss my symptoms. Was very thorough. Professional.
Had my first appointment with Dr. Boller and was very worried after reading these reviews. When I got to the office, she was only 10min late which I don’t consider late in healthcare at all and she asked great questions and listened to all my responses and preexisting health issues. She tended to all of my medications I needed refilled and seemed very present. I scheduled a long appointment as I was a NEW PATIENT needing an annual check up and had lots of questions. I was checked in before my appt time, but wasn't called back for 30 minutes--she was running late. Dr. Boller walked in before I had the gown on; open in front and too small, I felt completely vulnerable and a bit violated. Although it was a medical setting, I felt exposed and uncomfortable. I came in after having a bad cough for 6 weeks . The 1st 4 weeks it was allergies then on 12/23 it turned to croup. And the last 4 day even taking baths hurt and I had restless legs 24/7 and no sleep. She wouldn’t believe it was croup and decided it was acid reflex . Then the antibiotic and inhaler she gave me both were known for tremors and muscle aches . I’d told her I was having both . She also decided my kidney dr knew nothing on my treatment .
