I am really disappointed in the way my experience ended at Dr. Brakes. I was happy to find a local repair shop, which based on the reviews, was reliable and provided an excellent service. I took my Pilot 2009 there for a break job and resolve an issue not even the dealer could 100%. Dr. Brakes did an excellent job. Once there, they recommended to do the time belt, change shock absorbers a tune up and even change the steering pump which somehow, they found it was leaking. All for $1800. I finally found a great place to get service done on my vehicles. Went to TK and it was always , it going to be about 3 or 4 hours, went to Mid__ and had things missing out of my vehicle..Ron and everyone at Dr. Brakes are more professional than all the others put together...Will not go anywhere else ..
Excellent and professional work. Ron and Staff are the best you can possibly find. Their human relations skills their knowledge of auto mechanics and honesty is to be admired. They will truly work with you, explain everything clearly as to what your car's needs are and you are notified of the cost of the work before they begin. I would recommend Dr. Brakes - Complete Auto Center to everyone. You will not regret in going there.
Honest and trustworthy place. Ron was very honest and quick in resolving the problem. i had problem with my Hyundai Santa fe, and i took it to Dr. Brakes. i was surprised by the service. Ron checked my car and gave me the honest feedback. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Ron!!
I went back to Dr. Brakes a second time to fix a headlight issue. The entire staff went above and beyond with finding me the correct part while also giving me an extremely fair price. They also got the work done extremely quickly as to accommodate my time short time constraints. Dr Brakes has officially gained a customer for life. *Highly recommend giving them a chance!*
We have always had a positive experience at Dr. Brakes, having to repair your car is not a pleasant thing but they are Honest, professional and very competitive in their prices for parts and labor. Difficult if not impossible to find these days. Our entire family has at one time or another trusted them with their service.
We have been bringing our cars to Dr. Brakes for over 10 years now.Ron the owner-shop manager is one of the most honest mechanics I have ever delt with.His prices are always below his competitors.The mechanics that work there are efficient & thorough.I am always satisfied with the work they do.I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with his work.He is the only mechanic I would ever trust to send my 79 yr. old Mom to alone.On top of that Ron is just a nice guy. Also the waiting room is clean & comfortable.
I wrote a review on google about 8 months ago about a problem I had with my Suv's AC and the great service I recieved from Ron and Mike at Dr. Brakes. I have been going back since then and have been taking my wifes car there too. The great service I have recieved since day one has not diminished. They take the time to explain and show what is wrong and what needs to be done. They are reasonably priced and guarentee their work. I have a convertible Pontiac I had a unclear noises only in morning when i turned the engine on and only for a few seconds I went to many auto repair shops- near my office and no one diagnosed the problem.
