If you have elderly parents with kidney damage DO NOT go here with Dr J. Flores. I don’t know Dr B. Bhatla, Dr Flores is my mom’s doctor and he works with Dr Bhatla at this location. My mom has what they’ve deemed “borderline kidney damage” and for other health issues she has gone to Valley Baptist Medical and has been admitted a few times. One of the first questions from doctors in hospital is regarding her kidneys and the extent of damage. My husband was cared for like he was family. Dr Bahtla never missed a day, anytime my husband was hospitalized. He is not a Dr that will sugar coat your needs. He will tell you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear, that's just so important. Your health is his priority. I will always remember him. Best Dr EVER! The staff and his nurses were also amazing! Always there to help. I definitely recommend this office.
I have been a patient of Dr Bhatla and his staff since 1998. He has seen me through intensive care, dialysis, a kidney transplant etc. He and his amazing nursing staff and office staff have never denied me care . They are always there when needed. I am grateful and appreciative to the attention and care I have been shown all these years 🙏 🙌
