Although there was more wait time than I anticipated, it was not a true negative. I was given excellent attention and was treated in a professional and compassionate manner. Dr. Shambaugh was thorough in her exam and was very willing to address my concerns and provide very understandable responses to questions and thoughts I presented to her.
I would recommend to anyone. She's on top of your process
Dr. Shambaugh has performed a minor knee surgery and two shoulder replacements over the last several years. She has always shown compassion and explained every aspect of ongoing treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable and proficient. Highly recommend.
