Took a long time in the waiting room but. Brady is always amazing!
Office was fairly busy. Saw my Dr. In abt.45 minutes. Dr. Shambaugh was very professional. And even with all the patients she saw, she still remembered facts abt. My mri and was able to answer my questions. She gave me my first injection in my knee and informed me abt what to expect. She left me feeling encouraged.
Although there was more wait time than I anticipated, it was not a true negative. I was given excellent attention and was treated in a professional and compassionate manner. Dr. Shambaugh was thorough in her exam and was very willing to address my concerns and provide very understandable responses to questions and thoughts I presented to her. Second visit was tons better, and quicker. All else was about the same.
Everyone ive met in this office has been wonderful. Dr. Shambaugh is amazing. If there was a downside to this practice it is there is usually a wait before you are seen. Sometimes a lengthy one too. But other than that this is a great practice. 10 out ot 10 would recommend.
