This is most unprofessional doctor's ofc. The staff… wow. The level of incompetence in his staff &specifically the ofc mgr is gross. I take care of my parents & every time they were supposed to call us, send a referral, etc. they claim they did & called & left vm's, but we never had missed calls or vm’s on 3 separate #'s. My Mom has a chronic condition, so anytime we need assistance it is a serious situation. I have been seeing Dr. Brahin for 3 years now. I was hesitant after reading so many negative reviews. On my first visit, he set all my previous medical records to the side and said, "you tell me what happens during these episodes." After 20+ years of being told I was having "fainting spells", he said "those are seizures". He ordered numerous test to verify this. He was 100% correct! The front desk staff is extremely rude! Was put on hold twice and waited for over 30 minutes and never got to talk to anyone! I would NOT recommend making an appointment with this medical facility and will be contacting WelMed & United Healthcare about their unprofessionalism!
I am astonished that when you call the office, you are not even acknowledged. All you receive as acknowledgment from the other end is 'PLEASE HOLD.' Then you are left on hold for an inordinate amount of time. I have been informed that Mrs. Esmeralda has no phone manners l'd litterly called multiple times just to be put on hold over and over . This is extremely rude. Furthermore, I believe the doctor could benefit from improving his bedside manner's as well! Why are these individuals so angry and rude?
