This office is inept and useless. I have been trying to make an appointment for my wife since Tuesday. I call during office hours and get a message that they are closed, it's ridiculous.

The staff is very horrible they have lost my referral 5 times already and when I brought in a copy of my referral they claim it wasn't a legit referral when I asked what a legit is so talk to the referral department at my PCP office they just closed the window on me. My PCP has called their office many times and to see if they got the referrals or to verify the fax the number is correct on their business card and they claim to have 3 different fax machines but when I call asking what they told my PCP they claim they never sa... read more
