Love Dr. COOK and staff
Takes time to explain
Unfriendly staff. We often times felt like a number, not a person worthy of help. Always closed on Fridays.
I love Dr Cook and his staff. They are friendly and work to make a person comfortable and relax. They are very easy to relate and talk with during the appointment. You need to plan on calling early in the week if a prescription is about to expire or need a refill but I have always had a call back if there was an issue or a very reasonable response to the pharmacy. I actually travel a lot and make arrangements to come and meet with the doctors office for my prescriptions and exams.
He does his job exceptionally well.
