Unfriendly staff. We often times felt like a number, not a person worthy of help. Always closed on Fridays.
I love Dr Cook and his staff. They are friendly and work to make a person comfortable and relax. They are very easy to relate and talk with during the appointment. You need to plan on calling early in the week if a prescription is about to expire or need a refill but I have always had a call back if there was an issue or a very reasonable response to the pharmacy. I actually travel a lot and make arrangements to come and meet with the doctors office for my prescriptions and exams.
He does his job exceptionally well.
Dr Cook is a great guy and seems competent. Since I'm not a medical professional I can't go on anything other than my experience. My problem isn't with Dr Cook personally. The issue I have is that my mother is the patient, and she recently moved out of state. She has a prescription that's expired, and we haven't been able to get into a doctor.
