I want to Thank the Pueblo Office Staff, and especially the Office Manager for being so understanding, supportive, compassion and your continued checking on us to be sure that my husband and I were okay. So what happened was our truck wouldn’t start so we had to call a tow truck which took over two hours plus to show. I didn’t realize that they closed early on Friday, which they then lock the gates and unfortunately had to change plans to wait on us. I am impressed with a friendly professional care given when visiting The Dream Center Pueblo at my September appointment from the receptionist to the nurse and nurse practitioner Ronald. The informative information on my sleep health and how to proceed forward will only help my health going forward.
I have been through 2 sleep studies at The Dream Center. Both times my technicians have been Jared Baker & Cody Spicer. These two have gone WAY above & beyond great customer service. They actually treated me like a human, & not just another test they needed to get done. I can't remember the last time that I felt as rested & relaxed, as I did after my last study. I highly recommend you come see these guys if you're needing a sleep study... Definitely 10 out of 5 stars!!!!!!!!
