After reading negative reviews regarding Bradley Townsends timekeeping I was hesitant to make an appointment with him. I booked an 8.15am thinking there would be no wait time as I was 2nd in that morning and he would not be running late . I was wrong ! After being advised he was running an hour late and had not arrived at the surgery I decided to go and get a coffee . 45mins after my appointment time I contacted the surgery and was informed he had still not arrived and would be at least another 20mins . After waiting 2 hours because he was running late (with no apology), I had my upper lids done by him and now my eyes look worse. The scaring is so bad. I did go back to keep after the surgery with concern in how my eyes looked and he didn't care. The worst thing I ever done was go to him
I recently had bilateral removal of cataracts, performed by Dr Townend. I’m 84 years old, and now enjoying 20/20 vision thanks to him. The surgery went smoothly, it was painless and I was kept informed all the way of what was happening. The reception staff were both friendly and efficient. Thanks everyone.
