Yes! Dr Sprenger started off really nice and had bedside manners I totally agree. But, Dr Sprenger seem to make too many negative assumptions and misunderstanding about me as a patient. He and some of his staff workers can be really rude When simple health care questions are posed on the Client portal. Dr Sprenger come off nice nasty and can be impatient at times and assume the worst and response to me base off what he thought I wanted or stated if instead of asking to make sure.
