Great culture. Great treatments. Highly recommended.
I had a really discouraging, dismissive appointment with Full Circle. I came in with severe worsening pain and was referred by my doctor. The physiotherapist I saw was incredibly dismissive about my pain and insinuated I was exaggerating as she told me that it was probably because of stress and that I should just try to relax? Really bizarre, awful experience. I do not get the hype about this place. Even ‘reception’ was unpleasant once she showed up. I had a great first visit at Full Circle today. Virginia, at the front desk is very nice and accommodating. Lynn, the physiotherapist, is one of a kind. She's so comfortable to talk to. Her interaction with me was amazing. She’s very kind, detailed and thorough about my history, not in a hurry, and very calm. It was an excellent experience.
