After several attempts today to make an appointment because the line was continuously busy (they don't have more than one line as most businesses?), a receptionist by the name of "Patty" hurriedly answered, put me on hold, and when she came back, I asked her if they had had phone problems because it was continuously busy. She said "no, can I help you?" in a rushed tone, and I asked her if they're accepting new Medicare patients. She cut me off and answered no.
