Didn’t email prescription and then gave me a long excuse that it would take a “several days” to get it through their privacy officer and then send an encrypted email… ridiculous to leave an eye exam and NOT get your prescription. They also messed up on billing and kept calling me back on charges. The whole thing is completely unprofessional for a medical office. Go to Costco down the road, far better experience.
