I signed up for a free consultation. They took my credit card info as part of their cancelation policy and processed a $30 charge. Less than 24 hours before my appointment, they canceled it for weather. According to their website, if i cancel in that time frame, they charge me a $70 fee. When I informed them of my cancelation policy, they hung up the phone. Interesting...
Went in for a tattoo removal consultation and got my first treatment the same day very knowledgeable and great staff Liz was amazing and Dr. Bodner was great at explaining the process!
Having a rather large and regretful tattoo removed here. The staff have been nothing short of caring and welcoming. Liz, Dana, Veronica and Dr. Bodner are professional and nonjudgmental. Definitely worth the drive and price.
Doctor Bodner, as well as his staff are very knowledgeable and I felt at ease during the entire process. They answered each question asked, and are very friendly. The office is very clean and cozy! I highly recommend him, as I felt better after each visit. Kudos to him!!! Sincerely, Janet S
