Very kind. Explains things thoroughly. Front staff is also very knowledgable and nice. He goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and have no discomfort or pain. I had a procedure done yesterday...absolutely no nausea or pain afterwards. His billing office sucks, though. They have 3 MONTHS to submit your claim to insurance, and they take it. No hurry for them since they have already been paid! Update: Dr. Huffman finished up my implant yesterday. Still so kind, and did great work. No pain or discomfort at all yesterday... read more
I went to see Brad Huffman years ago and I thought he was nice at first. Plus he did good work on my teeth. Though one time he bruised my face from pulling a tooth and I wound up getting dry socket I had to go to the hospital long story with that then I went back to him to get the wound packed with medicine he repeatedly used the long needle with Novocaine to try and numb it which he really should have put me to sleep for I was blood curdling screaming and crying and he would not stop. This review in no way is a reflection of the surgical work done by DR Huffman. It is a commentary on the fact that this is day 7 of a three procedure surgical process with not one follow through call from the office. To see how I was doing, my pain management, any questions or issues! I get follow up calls from Prompt Care. My pain medicine was not available when I went to pick it up after surgery so went the first night with OTC pain meds. I have had 40+ years of dental experiences. I would recommend Dr. Huffman 10/10. I had two teeth pulled yesterday, I am feeling so good I almost feel like going into work. It’s rare to come out of a procedure like that feeling this good the next morning. The office staff is also fantastic—very friendly and professional from the moment you walk in. I would like to thank Dr Huffman and his staff for a pleasant experience.
