Ended up in ER for esophagus narrowing and needed an emergency endoscopy. Dr. Jones performed that endoscopy and dilated my esophagus the very next day. Excellent bedside manner, excellent surgeon, and he is now my new GI doctor.

Both my wife and I see Dr. Jones. He and his team are excellent and explain things in depth. The front office team does a wonderful job working with us to get us scheduled at a time that works with our work schedule.
I was referred to the Crystal Clinic Pain Management department by my orthopedic surgeon who indicated that the only surgical solution to my lower back issues was a fusion. He said he'd like me to see Dr. Bradford Jones before considering any surgery and I'm glad he did. I met Dr. Jones on November 3rd and he reviewed my MRI and other X-rays and recommended a sacroiliac joint injection which I had on November 14th.
