Dr. Ress is the Best ENT. I was suffering in pain with a bad ear infection, I contacted his Office and I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. I was seen by him and received excellent care. I cleaned out my ear, gave me directions on how to clean my ear in the Future. He was friendly, polite, Courteous, an all around great guy and dr. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I was an existing patient. I am having an issue that is causing pain. They offered me an appointment the next day. I showed up and told them that I have new insurance and that I have the group number but have not been issued a policy number yet. I told them that I will have it in 1-2 days. Right away the staff was confused as what to do. I offered to pay the cash price up front and that we could figure out the finances with insurance once they had the info. Dr. Ress is the best ENT I've ever dealt with. Great bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable and experience. He is a great guy to deal with.

I went to see Dr Branford about 3 years ago because I had fluid in my right ear and it was effecting my hearing. He gave me a hearing test and sent me out for an MRI. I went back 2 weeks later (as scheduled) and was told I needed hearing aids for $6000.00. When I asked him about my problem with the fluid in my ears, he told me to hold my nose and clear my ears. This creep charged me two $50.00 c0-pays so he could try and sell me hearing aids. He should be ashamed of himself. DO NOT use this doctor. He is WORTHLESS

This is the best ent I have ever gone to.
