I want to address some critical concerns regarding my interactions with Dr. Broeder. It has come to our attention that he is unwilling to be billed against his retainer, which contradicts the terms outlined in our signed contract. He was hired to look at the drug and alcohol use history which included hospitalization and police reports of my ex husband for the safety of my 2 year old custody and he basically did not comment about the drugs or alcohol at all in the parenting plan. I paid him over 10k for his report that was late and did not talk at all about the problem in question. Do not get a social investigation with this guy. He's been under scrutiny for practicing without a license before. He'll do 50/50 for shared parenting time, yet he will type up a 100+ pages for his recommendation to the court. He noted my ex was disordered, yet still gave him free rein in parenting. Shows up incognito at publix exchanges of a child and he had followed me to my work after. The man is creepy.
