I have seen Dr. Thomas for many years and have undergone three surgeries through his clinic and Arkansas Surgical Hospital. He is brief but exact during your visits, because he has already reviewed your case thoroughly and tries to take the most conservative route for treatment. His manner is very polite and confident. I trust him completely.
The front office was extremely verbally aggressive and rude to my mother who has been going to Dr.Thomas for 20 years. Front office staff can make or break if patients return. Never in my life have I had office staff rude and disrespectful and won’t listen to patients! Dr. Thomas is great but front office…I have no words!

He is an awesome and he knows how to take care of any back issues. He also installs spinal stimulators. He is great. I just cannot say it enough, he is the very best.
God has blessed this man with the ability to perform delicate and difficult spine surgeries and he gives God all the glory. His communication is clear and confident. My entire experience from office visits, surgery and hospital stay was positive. I cannot say enough about how exceptional my care has been.
