I had braces for 6 months, the Sure Smile's. They worked great! My smile was amazing!... 2 months after I got them off I broke my permanent retainer on my top teeth. Called to get and emergency appointment and didn't get in for 2 MORE months! in the mean time my teeth spaced back so much that I couldn't get my retainer back in to keep my teeth straight!
