I want to share my concern about the way my son was treated during his annual visit. He had vaccines, which he was very scared of, and instead of being patient and reassuring, the medical assistant A. rolled her eyes and looked at us as if she was annoyed. This made my son even more uncomfortable during an already stressful situation. This is the second time we’ve had the same experience with her. First time at the practice and loved it! Everyone is super nice and welcoming. Dr Bou takes his time getting to know the kid and answer each and every question we might have. Loved how the doctor and nurse were actually looking at us instead of a computer! So happy to have found Dr Bou
Updating this as of 2025. We've been going to this practice forever and a day it seems. We absolutely love everyone there. The kindness, compassion, and bedside manner of all staff and the providers is 100% top notch. My son loves seeing Ms. Erika even when he feels bad, and she always makes him smile. We've been seen same day, have had to use the after hours message system, and now the evening hours.
