I didn't have a problems with doctors are good that I remember last time I went but I stop going and wanted to start going again but I had to cancel and I wanted to reschedule and they put me on hold and then they hang up on me and every time I call back they continue to hang up on me. I don't know if they have a new staff but that is very rude and that's not being very professional so I will not be going back.
Calling month for appointment, stay on hold , then they highnup on me, 5 years ago he was perform surgery on my noise and it's just get worst. Never call or go there again!🤬🤬🤬
I made an appointment with Alexandra, NP, but when I arrived, the front desk staff were very rude — especially the woman with white hair in the back side.They told me that the provider had left the office a long time ago, yet nobody informed me in advance. Because of this poor communication and unprofessional behavior, I lost a full workday for nothing. Very disappointing experience.The office staff do not take their work seriously, so I would not recommend this office.
Both doctors are great demeanor, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and patient unlike their staff. If you can avoid them and consider drs for your treatment then stay, otherwise, would not
