Very bad staff.with scheduling appointments. I waited my appointment two month with Dr Bentsianov. I called today at 3 pm today 08/19 and wanted to ask to remind me about the time. Because I had appointment two month ago in June, the girl who did me aapoimtent said that have appointment on Thursday 08/27. I agreed but could not remember the time. Сегодня 07.13.2026 Я позвонила,чтобы записаться к ЛОРу,по направлению от терапевта. Администратор вела себя высокомерно и грубо!Она заставила меня ждать на линии,а затем снисходительно использовала непонятный мне медицинский термин я бы назвала "жаргон" объясняя варианты.Ее ужасное отношение-это главная причина, по которой я отказалась записываться в эту клинику. Остался не приятный осадок,после общения.Ужасный сервис.Это просто не допустимо!Клиенты заслуживают уважения!

I didn't have a problems with doctors are good that I remember last time I went but I stop going and wanted to start going again but I had to cancel and I wanted to reschedule and they put me on hold and then they hang up on me and every time I call back they continue to hang up on me. I don't know if they have a new staff but that is very rude and that's not being very professional so I will not be going back.
