Хочу выразить серьёзное недовольство качеством обслуживания в данной клинике. Сотрудники на ресепшене (front desk) ведут себя крайне непрофессионально и неуважительно по отношению к пациентам. Отсутствует элементарная вежливость и навыки корректного общения, создаётся впечатление, что пациентам делают одолжение, а не оказывают медицинскую услугу. What a wonderful time I spent with my new primary care physician Boris Itskovich, MD at the beginning of 2026 Year! Great time for my check up and some extra points have been resolved at the end of the visit! I was amazed by welcoming atmosphere of Galyna, followed by knowledgeable Inna! Thank you so much to Doctor Boris, Tatyana and all Incredible Team!! Highly recommended to all my Family and Friends!!
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Itskovich for over 25 years and today we decided to change our dear family doctor. His constant disregard for ordinary sick people in favor of cosmetic procedures has become unbearable. Yes, there is "live" money, cash, and we are like poor relatives with Medicare. A minimum of two hours of waiting has become the norm, and this is hard for both working patients and especially for the elderly. It is a pity that money has defeated the calling
Doctor has challenges listening. Speaks over you, and interrupts you so it takes a while to get through an appointment trying to communicate.
