I am very old and sick person for dealing with such rude and ignorant workers on front desk, how dare they can scream and speak so rude with customers.The front desk staff didnt want to help me. They told me to resolve my issue by myselve ,because they dont have time to deal with my issue.And then they completely closed the window and left in working hours without even explenation.
