This is the first time for me with Bonnie. She is one of the best therapist there is. I have had problems with my low back for a while now. I used to have pain all the time and was unable to sleep. Within a week my back pain was considerably reduced and I was able to walk around without any pain. After about 4 weeks, my sleep also got better as I did not experience pain anymore.
