Terrible doctor. Rude, passive aggressive, too arrogant to listen. Decided to educate myself and be my own practitioner... I didn't want to just treat symptoms, I wanted to heal. This person isn't equipped to help you do that.
Receptionists are perpetually annoyed, and have zero customer service skills. Nurses are rude, and are unable to answer any and all questions. Dr Hafeman refused to complete a prior authorization without more information, she and her nurses didn’t know what information she was even looking for. I switched doctors and they did my prior auth in minutes with no problems.
She has been taking care of my medical needs for a year and a half. She's thorough she listens to you no judgement. She looks for solutions, she gives suggestions, orders tests to ensure that the care she's giving you is what you need. She's a 10 star doctor 💯
Doctor Hafeman may be personable, but her nurses and receptionist do not know how to talk to the patients! Receptionists sound perpetually annoyed when they answer the phones, and the nurses are very rude when you ask follow-up questions just because they don't know how to answer them!
