I filled a complaint on one of QTC doctors who was late to my 12:30 appointment 20 minutes and came in the exam room unprepared with a couple sheets of paper, not my file. The paper was to take notes during her 5 minute evaluation. During which at no time did I state that my condition has improved or was I asked any detailed questions as to my approach to handling what is going on with me.
