Dr. Bonnie Kwok is both professional while being hilarious and relatable at the same time. I've always enjoyed their service.
Yesterday I called because I had an issue with my right eye, and I was seen the same day, just about two hours after I called. When I arrived at the clinic, they attended to me immediately. I didn’t have to wait even a single minute to be seen. Honestly, I feel very comfortable and well cared for at that place. The efficiency and kindness those ladies show really make you feel extremely at ease.
This eye clinic goes above and beyond to examine my eyes. They scanned my retina and helped me get an appointment with A retinal Doctor. And started medications right away. Both Dr Kwok and Dr Chan are excellent. They take the time to explain everything in a way I can understand. I am so grateful to have found them.
The Doctor and assistant was very patienly,very clear and understandable expalinatiton to me and my husband was perfect day.
