All perfect, except for the reception check in. Teresa was extremely rude and should not be in that office. I would terminate her immediately. Dr and nursing staff deserve a 5 star plus, Teresa a -10 score
My daughter saw Dr. Hyashi for many years. My daughter took her meds as prescribed. Dr Hyashi kept adding meds and said she was her to be seizure free and that all these meds should be working. My daughter did not have seizures daily weekly or monthly. Every appointment she would tell my daughter she could die. My daughter often joked but never once did not take her epilepsy or her meds seriously. Dr. Hyashi has now said my daughter was rude to her and and her staff. I went to her appointments. I
She has been very attentive to my condition and has taken everything seriously. She is very responsive, respectful, and informative. She makes sure that I understand my conditions in’s and out’s and goes over every test or procedure with me explaining the cause or need. She is smart and knows what she is talking about and I feel like my health is safe in Dr Hayashi’s hands. Her knowledge has been an asset to me and I just couldn’t have been luckier to be placed with her.
