I've been seeing Dr. Bonnie Gong for at least fifteen years and cannot say enough great things about her. She's got a wonderful attitude and takes time to get to know her patients and I never feel rushed during my appointments. She is very thorough and looks at her patients' health holistically and offers solutions and ideas to help. She is highly knowledgeable and professional but with a friendly demeanor and attitude. I enjoy visiting with her and know she is always looking out for my best interest.
I saw her once but she seemed in a hurry and didn't listen the best. Also, I had to follow up 3 times about my lab results and then never heard back. Not the best communication from the office staff.
MD Gong is absolutely wonderful, very caring and attentive, I have been with her for the past 20 years, trust her experience and knowledge
I am a patient of Dr Gong for about 18 years. She helped me to deliver two of my kids and cured several of my health problems and even run my surgery. She is very personal and is like a family member, always smiling and happy. She is awesome!
After years with her, just got tired of her not really caring at all about her patients, she's very fun in person but takes a week to see her, she never follows up on anything and if you need get help... Well good luck. You were warned.
