Just met with her for the 1st time so I have not had time to make an opinion
Doctor gave unnecessary exam, and staff made comments about my skin color so I never returned. After an ER visit my information was updated at their office. They called the next day to ask if I wanted a follow up appointment. They called my mother whom is not on my HIPAA and told her details about my ER visit the day before including when I was there and symptoms I was having. When I called the office the staff member, Denise, said it was her and she didn’t bother to check if she was on my HIPAA, and that she called her beca... read more
Denise at the front desk is extremely rude and Portier was as well. It's a no for me.
