Horrible receptionist. I live in the area and I am a disabled adult. I left a voice message and never recieved a call back. The following day in the middle of a second message a lady picked up and said "we don't accept your insurance". When I told her you guys could have called me back she said "I have a long list of people that's why" with no empathy. stay away

Though I saw poor reviews about reception I decided to call since the reviews for Dr Bombassei were glowing. I called and it was a voicemail so I was leaving a message about accepting a new patient and was interrupted with an abrupt “we’re not accepting new patients” and then was hung up on. It’s unfortunate because if she was remotely polite I wouldn’t leave a review and would move on but that was so rude and unprofessional.

I never leave negative reviews, but the experience I just had with the woman who answered their phone was shocking. I desperately need a new Endocrinologist, and when trying to get information of whether the doctor accepts new patients and the process, she spoke to me as if I was an annoyance. After going in circles with her telling me the doctor would “decide if I am a good fit” as a patient, I told her she wasn’t being very helpful and frankly rude. She was unapologetic and hung up. Dr Bombeissi himself is great, but his staff is incredibly inept and disorganized. Over the years I have had receptionists be incredibly rude to me, not return any of my phone calls and not relay messages to him. Recently I was just told that even though appointments are made a year or more in advance that “I’m a grown man and should not need to have the reception remind me prior” (like every other professional doctors office in the world does).
