Would not recommend Dr. Tong! I did not feel any uncomfortable. Went to see this doctor only for prescription and yearly visited. After that I got $124.34 bill from Privia Gulf Coast Lab. Doctor office asked me call the Lab. I did and called insurance provider also. Then find out the doctor request some blood test not cover by insurance. The doctor did not tell me why I need this test. And it’s strange. In our local we have labcorp, but they sent my test to Privis Gulf Coast Lab.
After moving to Richmond area, I was looking for a new PCP who would actually listen, and I’m so happy I found Dr. Tong. He’s patient, thoughtful, and never makes appointments feel rushed. I always leave feeling like my questions were answered and that we have a clear plan. The staff is friendly too. I highly recommend him!
