I highly recommend Dr. Tong! He is patient, attentive, very knowledgeable and experienced, and truly cares about his patients. I really appreciate that he takes the time to figure out the root cause and treat conservatively rather than jumping to conclusions and solutions quickly. We are so thankful to have him as our doctor!
You know how people say “I’ve been going to the same doctor for 10+ years” well Dr. Tong is a doctor that falls into that category. He is an authentic and caring physician who takes time with his patients. It’s refreshing to find a doctor that is truly looking out for you and you wont want to leave him. His team is always welcoming and organized as well!
First impressions are a big thing and dr tong and his staff blew me away. First you walk into this very clean office suite and get greeted by a very friendly receptionist. (Forgot her name my bad). The lobby has a feeling of invitation and the background music helped calm my nerves. The nurses were on point and grabbed my vitals with no issue and listened to my problems/ reasons for the visit. Dr. Tong is an amazing doctor! He is a great listener and goes above and beyond to make sure that your medical needs are met thoroughly and with the highest of care. I highly recommend him to anyone as their primary physician.
