Everyone was so friendly and pleasant at Dr. Bob’s! The receptionist Siera was very cheerful and helpful, Dr. Chris Klee with his great smile and his attentive assistant Kristen were a pleasure! They took their time to answer all my many questions and were as nice as can be! If I have to go to the dentist, this would be my pick!
It is a shame that these are the only two reviews on Dr. Bobs Dental Care. I absolutely love this office, Dr. Mark is incredible and my hygienist Amanda makes coming to the dentist comfortable and easy. I had such a bad tooth ache and they got me in the next day. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else.
I don't know where to begin with this so here it goes. I was a New Patient here and will never be going back. I wasn't greeted by the receptionists at the front I was more scolded BC I arrived 8 minutes late to my appointment. She said that BC I was a new pt I had to get there a quarter before my scheduled appt. Hmm no one said that to me on the phone nor did they call the day before to confirm..so my fault I guess right.? HORRIBLE DENTIST OFFICE. WILLNOT BE RETURNING. IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, STAFF IS RUDE AND DOESN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. EVEN WORSE IF YOU GO THERE WITH SEVERE PAIN (I.E. A DRY AOCKET) THEY REFUSE TO PRESCRIBE YOU PAIN PILLS YOU DESPERATELY NEED. INSTEAD THEY WILL PASS THE BAR AND REFER YOU TO YOUR PRIMARY OR THE HOSPITAL. NO POINT IN GOING TO A DENTIST THAT DOES NOT DO HIS JOB.
