I wish I could say nice things because I Understand Doctor Alexander has a good Reputation. But I think his practice is a dumpster fire. After my initial appointment, I needed to get something And bring it back to his office for his review. He said he would call me after he reviewed it. That never happened And then they never returned any of my messages asking for a follow-up. They repeatedly tell you on their outgoing message system to only leave one message. If I could chose no stars I would , dr Alexander is not a great dr he didn’t even know the correct months a baby needed to be for circumcision. Plus the office never answers phones or calls back . Very upsetting and discouraging.
