I hate to leave a 1 star review but I feel it is necessary. Bob was great, friendly and knowledgable. My issue is with the unnecessary optomap retinal imaging I was subjected to. I was not informed of what procedure was about to be done. I came in for a simple eye exam required for a job application. Retinal imaging was absolutely not requested or required! I was applying for some jobs that required in-depth eye exams, and chose Mill Creek Optometry because their rates were the fairest I could find when calling around. Dr. Champion was great and didn't tack on random additional fees like a lot of other places. A couple months later it turned out the jobs I had applied to needed another form from me -- Dr. Champion took time out of his schedule to get them done for me as well as another quick exam for it, at no additional cost. Accolades for Dr. Champion and his team at Millcreek Optometrist. From the front staff who were kind, prompt, and efficient, this was by far the best experience I've had from an optometrist. Dr.Chamion was both personable and knowledgeable during the entire examination. He took the time to get to know me a bit, was genuine, and did a brilliant job of explaining what he was doing and why, as well as thoroughly answering any questions I had.
