If I could give a negative I would. This practice is run by the PAs, which would be fine if they were consistent, but there’s a lot of turnaround. There’s also a lot of turnaround in staff. It’s hard to get somebody on the phone. The last two PAs we saw were rude. My daughter ran out of medication for her seizure disorder. They did not respond in time. The PA gave me less of the amount on the prescription that she should’ve, and trying to coordinate with the pharmacy was a nightmare, even the pharmacy said they had no cooper... read more

had an initial appointment at 1:15 and saw Dr Bower at 2:45. he said they had scheduling problems. The secretary made me a follow on appointment for Sept 5 at 4:30. showed up and told I didn't have an appointment and what's more they don't see patients at 4:30. wish I had brought my appointment card showing this was what they made me. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with the staff; two of my friends have had similar experiences. I thing Dr Brower is a good doctor if you can get to see him. Will not try again

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Between writing me the wrong script, ignoring my pharmacy’s faxes and not putting me on the schedule when I was at the desk making an appointment… just don’t
