had an initial appointment at 1:15 and saw Dr Bower at 2:45. he said they had scheduling problems. The secretary made me a follow on appointment for Sept 5 at 4:30. showed up and told I didn't have an appointment and what's more they don't see patients at 4:30. wish I had brought my appointment card showing this was what they made me. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with the staff; two of my friends have had similar experiences. I thing Dr Brower is a good doctor if you can get to see him. Will not try again
The best Dr I have ever seen he has taken the time with his patients n he cares .
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Between writing me the wrong script, ignoring my pharmacy’s faxes and not putting me on the schedule when I was at the desk making an appointment… just don’t
