A very unprofessional uncaring doctor with a very rude staff.He does not prescribe stuff that works but instead wants you back so much for follow up appointments.He should be reported to the authorities.They have not had a good doctor at this clinic since Dr.Rochelle and Dr.Barger left.Dont waste your time with this big dummy.
I have really liked this clinic so far. I only went once last year and once this year. But I like the Dr. The staff, I wasnt as impressed with. But I have taken my daughter and I plan to take my son soon.
I went to see this doc today 8/29/11... I hated it!!! I have a veryserious kidney infection and im in so much pain that im crying!! I tell him i have passed blood clots in my pee and also alot of blood... He acts like it is no big deal!!! He gave septa and tramadol and tell me to take azo standred (which i told him did not help at all) Im in so much pain so i call the on call doctor to tell them the pain meds are not working and could they plz call me in something else. I currently go to Doctor Bo Shurley as my general doctor. While he seems fairly proficient and knowledgeable my advice is to look elsewhere. Why you may ask. The staff and most especially his wife Carmen (which I didnt know was his wife, and that certainly explains some things). Is just horrible. Ive been to a lot of doctors in my time and this is the worst office in terms of rudeness and unprofessionalism to date. Im going to be looking for a more professional office today. I would not send a dog to this clinic! He misdiagnosed my child, prescribed meds that wouldnt even begin to treat problem and my child ended up having to have a major surgery removing part of her skull! The disease could have even been diagnosed using Wikapedia.com. Please do your children a favor DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS CLINIC! TAKE THEM TO DR.CHOATE AT THE PEDIATRIC CLINIC IN TOWN!
I feel Dr. Shurley is a great doctor... yet his clinic is under awful management of his wife Carmen. This clinic began to go downhill after Carmen forced one of the best doctors in Cabot (DR. Rochelle) to retire early. This was a horroble loss to MANY people in Cabot.
