Great experience! Dr was very knowledgeable and informative. Katelyn helped me and was amazing! From the start she helped me feel more at ease throughout the entire process of the exam, picking frames, and throughout explaining what I’m paying for. She was so friendly and helpful. Overall, would go again.
To tell my pregnant wife that she has an astigmatism and then give her papers and receipts for a proper prescription... and then to not diagnose her with an astigmatism and give her the complete wrong prescription is actually kinda insane. When we asked about the improper prescription as compared to the receipts and papers, they had the audacity to tell her that they won't help her unless she comes back in and pays for the eye exam all over again. The employee Bri was so sweet she help me find my glasses and she help me figure out how to put on my contacts it was so helpful and she made this experience so much easier and less stressing
I rarely write reviews however I feel as if others should know what I experienced before they decide to come in or not. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:15 and as I arrive early because I want to be on time - I was told I can walk around the store if I’d like because the doctor would not be back from lunch till 1:30… then was told by the front desk lady that she could message her to see if she “could come in early” for my scheduled appointment?? UPDATE: Interesting response, considering I did not have that problem AT ALL elsewhere. And you forgot to mention that my entire family was physically at the location; we showed up and your staff started with their nonsense. You weren't met with resistance, the staff was asked a legitimate question, they could not provide an acceptable response, resulting in the appointments being canceled.
