The Dr. is often rude and repeatedly referred me to clinics for various tests that could not be performed because her assistants had not checked to see if the clinics accepted the kind of insurance I have. Last week, I was sent for an MRI but the procedure couldn't be done because they couldn't understand her instructions and her office still hasn't gotten back to them with the correct info.
