The WORST Eye Doctor ever whose staff puts numbing drop in one eye and then he comes and puts needle in the wrong eye (non numbed eye) causing excruciating pain to the patient. I don't care what his protocol may be with his staff (to always numb say right eye first), but for him to blindly assume that, and NOT have a back-up/cross-check plan PRIOR to putting needle in his patient's eye, shows his gross carelessness at the cost of his patient's suffering.
