I went in with extreme abdominal pain and dizziness. I actually almost got into a wreck on the way to work because my vision got all blurry with the dizziness, so I went to the ER. When I was finally seen the nurse was sympathetic and said that they would probably do an abdominal scan and the doctor would be right with me. Well, he came in, asked how I was feeling, then immediately said that my blood work was normal and so it was probably just acid reflux.
